By using ServiceFlow AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. ServiceFlow AI is a marketplace that connects customers seeking emergency services with independent service providers. We are not the provider of those services.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting requests or signing up as a provider.

2. Provider Responsibilities

Providers must hold all applicable licenses and insurance. ServiceFlow AI does not employ providers and is not responsible for the quality or outcome of any service performed.

3. Lead Purchases

Lead purchases are non-refundable unless the lead is determined invalid under our lead credit policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." ServiceFlow AI is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service or interactions with providers or customers.
